About this piece
Hand-finished from sustainably grown American walnut, the Heritage block is end-grain cut so the blade slides between fibers instead of across them. The result is gentle on edges and easy on wrists. Treated with a food-safe cure of beeswax and mineral oil; juice grooves catch drips on every side.
