1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of https://flavorprotection.com, operated by FLAVORS OF COLOMBIA LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account, including keeping your password secret. Notify us promptly at info@flavorprotection.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Membership and billing

Memberships are billed in advance on a recurring basis -- monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose. We charge your card automatically on the renewal date until you cancel. The monthly plan renews on the same day each month. The annual plan renews on the same date each year.

If you start a 30-day free trial, your first charge happens on day 30 unless you cancel before then. We send a reminder email five days before the trial ends.

4. Auto-renewal in plain language

Memberships renew automatically until you cancel. You will not get a confirmation email before each renewal. You can cancel any time from your account page or by emailing info@flavorprotection.com with "cancel" in the subject. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period -- you keep access until then but are not billed again.

5. Refund and money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid membership charge. If you decide the library is not for you, write to us within 30 days of being billed and we will refund the full amount. See the refund policy for details on store orders.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape the site or attempt to bulk-download recipes.
• Do not republish our recipes verbatim on other sites without permission.
• Do not abuse our member support team. We are friendly; please be kind back.
• Do not share your account login with people outside your household.

7. Intellectual property

All recipes, photography, journal posts, and site design are the property of FLAVORS OF COLOMBIA LLC or our licensors. You may print recipes for personal use and may share short quotes with attribution and a link back. Anything beyond that requires written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The recipes and information on this site are provided as-is. We make no representations regarding nutritional accuracy, allergen safety, or suitability for any specific medical condition. See our disclaimer for the details.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FLAVORS OF COLOMBIA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site. Our total liability for any direct claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the prior 12 months.

10. Governing law and arbitration

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You and we waive any right to participate in a class action.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will post a notice and (for active members) email you. Continued use of the site after changes go live means you accept the updated terms.
