Refunds & returns

If you are not happy with your membership or store order in the first 30 days, write to us and we will refund the full amount. No interrogation, no retention script.

1. Membership refunds

For new members, you have 30 days from your first paid charge to ask for a refund. After 30 days, we do not pro-rate or refund mid-cycle, but you can cancel any time and you will not be billed again. The 30-day guarantee applies only to your first paid period.

How to request a membership refund

  1. Write to info@flavorprotection.com with "Refund" in the subject.
  2. Include the email on your account.
  3. We process refunds within 5 business days; banks usually take another 5-10 days to display them.

2. Store returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return any store item for a refund. Items must be in unused condition with original packaging. We pay return shipping if the item arrived damaged or defective; you pay return shipping if you change your mind.

How to start a return

  1. Email info@flavorprotection.com with your order number.
  2. We send you a return label (you pay or we pay, depending on the reason).
  3. Pack the item carefully and drop it at any USPS location.
  4. Refund processes within 5 business days of us receiving the return.

3. Exceptions

  • Perishable food items -- non-returnable.
  • Digital downloads (PDFs, digital cookbooks) -- non-returnable once accessed.
  • Sale items marked "final sale" at checkout -- non-returnable.
  • Used items -- returnable only if defective.

4. Damaged or defective items

If an item arrives broken, write to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will ship a replacement at no charge, or refund the full amount plus shipping, your choice.

5. Where refunds land

Refunds go back to the original payment method. If your card has changed, contact us and we will work out an alternative -- usually a check by mail or a store credit.
