About this piece
A heavy 12-inch skillet poured as one piece so there is no rivet to fail. We hand-grind the cooking surface to a smooth finish, then season it with six coats of organic flaxseed oil at 500 degrees F. Heats slowly, holds heat forever, and finishes a 14 oz ribeye with a crust that a stainless pan cannot match.
